Pelicans in Florida


	Pelicans are some of Sue's favorite birds. She tried to get this one to come home with us, but it was only looking for some fish, and we only had bread.You can find them anywhere near the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean.

Another great place to see Pelicans is at the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary. They are didicated to the rescue, repair and hopefully release of rehabilitated sick and injured wild birds. This non-profit Sanctuary was founded in 1971 and is home to over 600 resident and recuperating wild birds.
