You may see Spoonbills around lakes and ponds of Florida
The Roseate Spoonbill's usual diet consists of minnows and crustaceans (the pink color comes from eating the crustaceans that have eaten algae)

The Spoonbills in these pictures were spotted in a retention pond after some heavy rain storms along the West Coast of Florida near Tampa
They were probably eating the bugs and fresh grass

Because of their pink coloring, they are sometimes confused with Flamingos.
The Spoonbill has a long spoon shaped beak that it uses to forage for food.
The Flamingo has a short hooked beak.
