My husband and I will be retiring next July, 2010 and are looking to rent a real nicely updated (newer) 2 bedroom/2 bath double wide or a Condo in a 55+ community from OCTOBER, 2010 TO MAY, 2011 (8 months), preferably on the West Coast from St. Pete Beach to Fort Myers. I know it is early to request this but we are going to Florida in March for 2 weeks to look at different areas that we might want to settle in and want to get a head start on this so we can make a plan on looking at different homes in different areas.. It must be walking distance to the pool area and not far from the beaches, airport etc. I am an immaculate housekeeper and would take care of your home like it were my own.
